Today was a good day. I am so so so so so so so so so so happy that I got that job at the Hilton in Sandy! It is such an amazing opportunity and I am so thankful for it!

My little brother just told me that he is thinking of going to culinary school! Anyone who knows him knows that he is an amazing cook! So, this would be amazing for him! Chef Boy BK! :)

Well I have officially QUIT Los Hermanos!! oh praise! it is a happy happy feeling! I have made some amazing friends and memories there, but it's time to move on with my life! and I am so excited to see where this next chapter takes me!

Wow... I can't believe that I will be done with school in a month and a half.. the thought completely enthuses me and scares me half to death at the same time.
I am looking at a few job opportunities as we speak so cross your fingers that one of them will work out.
I am moving into a different phase of my life, and I don't really have any previous knowledge of how to deal with it. All I know is that "We must out God in the forefront of everything else in our lives. Good weekend!
5K for Heart Disease! awesome people, good cause, and great fun!

Then the India Festival where Ramadan got blown up! it was great.

Had an awesome evening surrounded my my really good friends. Afraid we scared the people at Kneaders to believing that we were DRUNK! lol but was so fun! Laughter though tears is my favorite emotion.

Today is Saturday. My cousin Christian just got married to a wonderful girl named Amberlee. They got married in the Timpanogos Temple for time and all eternity.
It was happy to see them so happy and I am glad that I was able to witness the way they were filled with the spirit.

I have been to countless weddings this summer. Some at the temple and others not. And I am always so happy to see the look in the bride and grooms eyes. That unexplainable joy that is present. I'm envious lol

So, School started this past week, It will be a tough semester but my last for my Bachelors degree in Communications. So that is a happy little light and the end of the tunnel.

I am not really able to explain how I am feeling right now. I have met a few individuals lately that I care about deeply. I want to get to know them and find out what makes them who they are. But the timing does not see to coincide. This seems to be my problem as of the last year and a half. I know that patience has never been my fortay, hence getting the double doses of it over and over. It is time to be on same page.

I woke up this morning feeling sick!:( not a good plan however I decided that it was all in my head and I am NOT going to spend the entire day feeling like crap. So i got up and washed my face.. cleaned my room and talked with my sister. I just love her! She wants me to put her on a workout program, so I've gotta get that started today! I think I am going to clean my car and listen to some Jimmy Eat World. I know that sometimes life gets me down, but I am so blessed and I just need to remember that!

Oh my word!!!
This weekend was amazing!
It started out with Me, Boy, Boy's little friend and my buddies Brad and Sawyer we went to the Incubus concert at the Usana Amphitheater. Well, Brad and Sawyer had pit tickets. I sadly did not. So I will admit that I flirted with the man handing out the wrist bands... yes... I did get into the pit! happy day! the concert was amazing! I will just be honest here, Brandon Boyd is one of the sexiest men in the whole world!
Then on Friday Sawyer and I went up to Harry O's a club in Park City. We saw G.love and Special Sauce and Kalai. I will be honest I think that this show gave Incubus a run for it's money! And that is saying something. Good music, Good company and just Freakin Fun!
Life is good! I am happy!

Camping!

It is official! I am going camping this week! it will be magical! I love camping. Camping is when I am the happiest. I love being out in the middle of no where...silent..peaceful.. It is the time when I feel closest to the Lord. I love it.

I have recently discovered a new friend, a person that I wonder why I have not met here sooner! She is an amazing person and has influenced my life more than she will ever know. It is interesting when a person happens into your life, that you know you were friends at a much earlier time! It always makes me wonder who I will be close with like that once die. (not all emo and stuff) but I just can't wait to meet again all these amazing people that were my friends and family!

Life is good, I miss Roland everyday! but he has a little under 10 months left! He is doing great in Texas, he just got moved to Annaville which is in central Texas. In his words ..."Holy crap, I am actually in Texas.. there are white people!) Before he was in Brownsville which is the furthest south that you can get in Texas. They call it Tex/Mex. Well all is well!
